Absalon - advanced
Learning activities such as quizzes and peer feedback
University of Copenhagen’s Learning Management System (LMS), Absalon, provides students with easy access to course materials. Further, Absalon features several options for you to create learning activities that require students to engage even before and after classroom teaching.
In this advanced workshop we will focus on the many features Absalon offers to create student centered and engaging learning activities, that motivate your students to take an active role in learning your subject, before as well as after your classroom teaching.
The main part of this workshop consists of hands-on exercises where you will work on adding activities to your own course room, e.g by setting up assignments and quizzes.

Practical information
- Who: SUND teachers. Basic knowledge of Absalon required
- Duration: 2 hours
- Language: Danish, unless English is preferred.
- Laptop: The workshop emphasizes hands-on exercises. Please bring your own laptop.
