Absalon - Peer feedback
Peer feedback means that students give feedback to a delivery from their fellow students, either one to one or in groups. It is, first of all, a very significant pedagogical method, where students obtain a deeper learning, but it is also in many cases a practical way for the teacher to provide feedback to students in large classes. Watch this video for more information.
Absalon has since autumn 2018 got a new peer feedback tool, Peergrade, and this workshop will introduce you to its use.
By participating in this workshop you will:
- Get an insight into the advantages of using peer feedback
- Learn how to set a Peergrade assignment up as a live session and home assignment
- Try the Peergrade from a student perspective
- Learn how to set up a rubric to guide the feedback
