Using AI in teaching to enhance student learning
In this workshop, we will explore generative AI (such as ChatGPT) as a tool for educators to create learning activities and how the tool can be used as a learning mentor for your students.
The increasing use of AI tools in teaching and examinations at SUND creates a necessarily to discuss how these technologies affect learning objectives, teaching structure, and evaluation of student competencies.
The workshop will consist of a combination of short presentations, group discussions, and hands-on activities focused on integrating AI chatbots into your own teaching.
The workshop will focus on:
· Understand the learning opportunities and limitations of ChatGPT.
