I am a multi media squid with a dark past in reality tv. Spawned from the Danish School of Media and Journalism (DMJX) in 2010, I floated in and out of tv jobs for 5 years, before I found a safe haven in the University of Copenhagen.
I help teachers come across with their message.
It often starts with the simple question “What’s the purpose?”
This leads to a creative process, in which it occurs to the teachers, that they don’t know what they want to say – apart from everything and preferably all at once.
But if YOU know, what you want YOUR STUDENTS to know, then I know, that we will find the right format.
Often we end up with 50% text, 40% video or podcast, and 10% of whatever didn’t fit into the first two. And most often we have fun along the way, which is important.
And no. I do not miss the stressful TV industry. Although the ratings were high. And the lunch was free. And there was champagne on Fridays.
