Absalon on your phone?
The Canvas Teacher app offers quick mobile access to Absalon's course rooms and inbox. A Canvas Student app is also available, letting instructors see courses from a student's view. Compatible with iOS and Android.
Canvas Teacher: Do you occasionally need to access Absalon when you're away from a computer?
Perhaps you'd like to quickly get in touch with your students while you're on the move. Maybe you're running late for a lecture, or the tutorial location has changed. You might also want to check what your colleague or some students uploaded to the course room last night. By downloading the Canvas Teacher app to your phone, you can easily and swiftly gain access to your course rooms and your inbox on Absalon; even when you're not near your computer.
Canvas Student is a similar app that you can recommend to your students. But it's also useful for you as an instructor. In Canvas Student, you can see what your course room looks like from the student's perspective. This is the function referred to as Student View in the browser version.
